Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Server to join our team at Cinemark Sherman. As a Beer and Wine Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and ensure they have a positive experience at our restaurant.
• Possess full knowledge of menu items and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Accurately record food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
• Be responsible for all transactions done on assigned register.
• Verify identification to confirm guests are at least 21 years of age for all alcohol transactions.
• E nsure that alcohol is consumed in designated areas only.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
• Ability to accurately handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Basic knowledge of wine and beer (training provided).
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
