Job Overview

The Community Service Crew Leader is responsible for overseeing and managing individuals assigned to court-mandated community service. This role includes the transportation of participants to various non-profit organizations as scheduled. Additionally, the Crew Leader will prepare and submit necessary reports or documentation as required by the management.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively communicate with and supervise individuals under legal obligations.
  • Independently manage work crews in various remote locations.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and care of equipment, including lawnmowers and trimmers.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional coursework in social work, psychology, sociology, counseling, criminal justice, or related fields preferred but not mandatory.


Experience:

Prior experience in criminal justice is preferred but not essential.


Work Hours:

Typical working hours are from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
