  2. Develop and implement sales training and employee development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our financial professionals.
  3. Monitor and measure performance to drive business growth and productivity.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales and leadership.
  • Experience in recruiting, training, and developing financial professionals.
  • Fully licensed Series 7 and 24 (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
  • Relevant college degree.
