Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and Provide Nursing Care: Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Supervise and Guide Staff: Direct and evaluate the work of junior staff members and CNAs, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care is delivered.
- Administer Medications and Treatments: Accurately administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians, documenting all actions and reactions.
- Participate in Orientation and Training: Participate in the orientation and in-service training of new staff members, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality care.
- Ensure a Safe and Clean Environment: Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and supplies are utilized efficiently.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN school of nursing.
- Licenses/Certification: Valid LPN/LVN license in the state of employment and valid CPR certification.
- Experience: One year of experience in nursing, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
- Competitive Compensation: Starting at $29.20-$37.90 per hour, based on experience and shift.
