Job Summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Replenishment Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for forecasting customer inventory needs, analyzing historical data, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forecast customer inventory needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
  • Analyze historical data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with transportation teams to ensure efficient pick-up and delivery of goods
  • Work with service centers and 3PLs to coordinate daily activities and manage inventory
  • Engage with growers, vendors, retailers, wholesalers, and food service providers to align on program strategies
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding inventory pricing and strategy
  • Manage customer inventory by collecting, verifying, inputting, and reconciling data
  • Utilize software programs to forecast and manage inventory and customer needs across multiple service centers
  • Optimize truck loading for efficiency and safety
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Pricing Agreements
Requirements
  • High School Degree or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Ability to travel up to 5% (domestically)

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Solid relationship building skills with customers, growers, and internal teams
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make moderate to complex data-driven decisions
