Role Summary
The Business Process Optimization Expert is a specialized position focused on spearheading initiatives for process enhancement within the Insurance sector. This role employs methodologies and principles of process improvement and optimization to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop processes and documentation on BPMN platforms, primarily utilizing SIS Net.
- Propose the most effective future processes, incorporating automation and ongoing monitoring of re-engineered business workflows.
- Identify and implement global best practices, develop performance metrics, and pursue continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate the transition of changes through structured project activities and objectives.
- Detect opportunities for process enhancement and apply technology to refine and redesign target business processes.
- Develop and oversee processes for measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of services delivered through both digital and physical channels.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree; a Master's Degree in Information Systems or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum experience: 5-10 years in Process Optimization and Automation, with substantial experience in BPMN 2.0 development.
Core Competencies
- In-depth understanding of BPM mapping and process automation.
- Extensive experience in the Insurance industry, particularly in implementing Insurance Core Solutions.
- Proven experience in an Agile development environment, with familiarity in SCRUM and BPMN 2.0 technical knowledge.
Key Result Areas
- Business Process Optimization: 8 to 10 years of experience in business improvement projects.
- Hands-on experience with BPMN process modeling tools such as Microsoft Visio and BPM engines like SISNet, Power Platform, iServer, Enterprise Architect, Aris, etc.
- Demonstrated success in re-engineering business processes and promoting adoption across an organization or department.
