About the Opportunity

We're seeking a talented Content Designer to join our team at DataSF. As a key member of our content delivery team, you will work closely with City departments to improve content and service delivery for San Franciscans.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents by designing user-centered content that meets user needs and business goals.

About the Team

Our team is comprised of product managers, designers, developers, and content strategists who are passionate about building high-quality, accessible experiences for the website, in-person experiences and for the city employees supporting these services.

Requirements
  • An associate degree in business administration, public administration, information systems, economics, finance, computer science or a closely related field from an accredited college or university OR its equivalent in terms of total course credits/units.
  • Two (2) years' experience in content strategy, content design, copywriting, editing or UX writing.
  • Able to read and write Chinese (Traditional) fluently.
  • Experience designing complex content to meet user needs.
  • User research champion, able to help with and synthesize research.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly salary range of $60.14 - $75.66 per hour, which translates to an annual salary of $125,086 - $157,378. Benefits include access to our top-notch training programs, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a dynamic work environment.
