Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient histories and physical examinations
- Review patient medical diagnosis, prognosis, medications, procedures, and clinical course
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans, ensuring complete screening and preparation of patients
- Perform patient exams/consultations and write orders for medications, laboratory work, and diagnostic tests
- Interpret laboratory and test results, diagnose, and formulate treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other care providers to ensure optimal patient care
- Provide health education and counseling to patients
- Graduate degree from an accredited nursing school or physician assistant program
- Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner license in NC
- 2-4 years of clinical work experience
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
