Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing and nurturing positive relationships with students and their families to understand their unique needs and challenges.
- Creating a safe and engaging atmosphere that promotes trust and enhances learning opportunities.
- Designing, implementing, and evaluating personalized learning plans tailored to each student's Individual Education Plan (IEP) and their transition goals.
- Regularly reviewing and updating IEPs in collaboration with students and families, ensuring their active participation in the process.
- Tracking student attendance and engagement, providing updates on progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaboratively planning and delivering tutoring and mentoring sessions aligned with the educational focus.
- Engaging in continuous professional development to enhance teaching practices and meet educational standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
