Job Description:
As a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager at Compassus, you will play a vital role in enabling patients to spend quality time with their loved ones and doing the activities they enjoy. You will build trusting compassionate relationships with your patients and their families, empower caregivers by educating them on care for their loved one, and collaborate with your care team to provide comfort, peace, and dignity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- RN license in the state you work
- Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
- Current driver's license
- Current CPR and BCLS certification
