Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting, prioritizing patient needs and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential complications, and take proactive measures to prevent adverse events.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of evidence-based practices and policies.
- Current IL or Compact Registered Nurses License
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Med/tele RN
- BLS, ACLS certification
- Strong clinical skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
