We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Youth Soccer Coach to join our team at Soccer Shots - Rochester. As a Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy, engaging, and fun soccer sessions to children aged 2-7 years old.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct 45-minute soccer sessions using our provided curriculum, promoting a safe and caring environment for every child.
- Instruct 5-10 sessions per week, with the possibility of more for the right candidate.
- Submit availability three weeks prior to the start of a season and commit to a 10-week season once the schedule is set.
- Travel to assigned locations weekly, maintaining organized and clean provided soccer equipment.
- Provide weekly attendance and invoices online, as well as submit Standout Player nominations per season.
- Attend coaches' training days twice a year and participate in mid-season coaches' meeting conference calls.
- Complete our comprehensive training program to receive certification within 2 weeks of hire and commit to continued growth and professional development.
- Enthusiasm and ability to engage with young children, making the Soccer Shots class an enjoyable experience.
- Availability Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM and Saturdays between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
- Soccer experience is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as reliable transportation.
- Subject to a background check, Statewide Central Register Clearance, and a Staff Exclusion List check against abuse cases involving individuals with special needs.
- $18-$22 per session, with opportunities for increase and feedback bonuses per season.
