About the Role:

The Addiction Counselor will work with patients to develop a treatment plan that addresses their unique needs and goals. This will involve facilitating group and individual therapy sessions, providing education and support, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with substance use disorders
  • Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions to promote recovery and well-being

Requirements:
