EPC Services Company, a leading power/utility engineering consultant and construction firm, is seeking a highly skilled Manager of Permit Compliance to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, managing, and executing the company's permit compliance program in support of multiple electrical substation and transmission line construction projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing and training others in compliance inspection for stormwater, dust, and other inspections as required by local, state, and federal jurisdictions to ensure compliance.
  • Working with local jurisdictions to keep grading, building, and other construction permits moving through the process.
  • Maintaining effective communication with EPCS Construction and Project Managers to schedule inspections.

This position will work closely and in conjunction with ECI's Environmental and Permitting Department. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage demanding deadlines and balance multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred skills include:

  • Construction site experience and OSHA training.
  • Ability to track multiple activities.
  • Skills in MS Office (Word, Excel), Adobe (Bluebeam).
