About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Warranty and Claims Specialist to join our Service Department at Bruckner Truck. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing repair orders, managing warranty claims, and providing exceptional customer service.

Salary Estimate: $55,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process repair orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage warranty claims, including submission and follow-up with the Warranty Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of all returned parts and shipping documentation.
  • Provide clear and concise information to customers, vendors, and coworkers regarding warranty inquiries.
  • Assist with answering the phone during peak periods and monitoring open repair order reports regularly.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; additional courses beneficial but not necessary.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in parts or service, with 2 years preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
