Job Description:

As a Senior Financial Analyst at Disability Solutions, you will play a critical role in supporting corporate functions, partnering with Executive level management, delivering business analytics and insights, and making recommendations for short and long-term decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support corporate functions and executive-level decision-making
  • Analyze financial data, identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to optimize financial performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company's financial and strategic goals
  • Provide financial guidance and support to worldwide corporate organizations, including finance, logistics, and procurement teams

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function.
  • Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years OR Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years OR Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience.
  • Good understanding of financial concepts and general understanding of US GAAP accounting principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to distill significant amounts of data into executive-level context
  • Prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive team member working with cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
  • Strong attention to detail, solving problems independently and proactively
  • Solid accounting knowledge, applying the accounting principles to work
  • Proficient in Excel and Power Point; Familiar with SAP, TM1 and OneStream is a plus.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year
