Staff Anesthesiologist

Job Overview
MPLT Healthcare is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team at a Level 1 trauma center. As a key member of our anesthesia department, you will work closely with a team of experienced physicians and CRNAs to provide high-quality patient care.

About the Role
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. You will be responsible for providing anesthesia services to patients undergoing various surgical procedures, including GI, General, OB/GYN, Neuro, Ortho, Ophthalmology, Plastics, Podiatry, Urology, and Pediatrics. No call schedule, with options for 5 eight-hour shifts, 4 ten-hour shifts, or 3 twelve-hour shifts per week.

Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services to patients undergoing various surgical procedures
- Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and technologies

Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Level 1 trauma center
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
