Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective safety protocols to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
  • Train and mentor team members on safety procedures and best practices.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in safety management, with a strong background in OSHA regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and mentor others.
  • Ability to recognize and mitigate hazardous situations, with a focus on maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective safety solutions.
  • OSHA 30 certification is required, with OSHA 500 certification preferred.
  • English/Spanish bilingualism is a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce.
