We're seeking highly motivated and organized individuals to join our Processing Center Team as Customer Service Representatives. This part-time onsite position offers a competitive hourly rate of $16.50 per hour, plus a range of benefits and perks to support your personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting employers in confirming health plan eligibility for dependents currently on their plans. Your duties will include communicating with members via various platforms, providing excellent customer support, reviewing information, entering data, scanning and filing documents, and performing research and follow-up as needed. You'll also be responsible for learning and communicating client requirements for customized surveys and handling confidential data records securely according to HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a high school diploma, basic clerical skills, and above-average computer knowledge and technical skills. You should also be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records. If you're motivated, focused, and self-directed, we encourage you to apply.
