Nurse Practitioner 2 Glynn Care Center

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our team at the Glynn Care Center. As an APRN, you will provide primary medical care and consultation for clients infected with or at risk of contracting HIV/AIDS and other infectious diseases.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive assessments of clients' health care needs
- Develop and implement comprehensive plans of care that address HIV status, OI disease management and prevention, and other chronic conditions
- Collaborate effectively with clients, families, physicians, case managers, nurses, and other skilled health professionals in the plan of care development
- Provide therapeutic procedures such as injections, immunizations, and wound management
- Provide health education and instruction to clients and their support system for the promotion and maintenance of health
- Master's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university and/or other education requirements approved by the Georgia Board of Nursing
- Certification in the specialty area(s) approved by the Georgia Board of Nursing
- Two years of nursing experience and Georgia license as a Registered Professional Nurse and Georgia license as an APRN and current certification in specialty area and CPR certification
