About the Job

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a skilled Truck Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with our vehicles
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
  • Use advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and repair issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest maintenance procedures and technologies
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a heavy-duty truck maintenance environment
  • ASE certification in multiple areas (e.g. brakes, electrical systems, engine repair)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a non-climate-controlled environment
