Job Summary
As an experienced Middleware Administrator with a focus on IBM MQ, you will play a key role in defining, building, and supporting the architecture and tools used by customer application development teams. This includes providing architecture support, standards, production control, and application server administration.

In this challenging role, you will assist Business Development Managers in positioning, solutioning, designing, and presenting Middleware administration solutions around WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, etc. You will also participate in customer-facing meetings to determine business and technical requirements that will be used in developing solutions or solution alternatives.

You will design and deliver technical design solutions, along with services proposal content and pricing for customer projects. Additionally, you will develop and maintain vendor relationships for the region, regularly engaging local vendors for assistance and support as necessary.

This is a senior-level position requiring extensive experience in Application Server Administration - WebLogic and WebSphere. A strong understanding of UNIX environment from an architecture perspective is essential, along with in-depth knowledge of UNIX file systems and ability to create and manage UNIX profiles comfortably maneuvering at a UNIX command line. Leadership skills to work with multiple support and application teams are also required.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
