Psychiatrist Wanted for Inpatient General Adult Care

Physician Empire seeks a dedicated Inpatient General Adult Psychiatrist to join our team at a free-standing psychiatric hospital in Seattle. Located just 10 miles from downtown, our hospital provides a unique opportunity for professionals to make a meaningful impact in the community.
About the Role:
This is an employed position, offering a stable work environment with a focus on patient care. As an Inpatient General Adult Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical services to patients suffering from various mental health conditions. Our hospital's mission is to provide compassionate and evidence-based care, and we are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for our patients and staff.
Work Environment:
Our hospital boasts a state-of-the-art facility with 135 beds, of which 93 are dedicated to psychiatric care and 42 to addiction treatment. With a patient load of 10-15 per psychiatrist, we prioritize a balanced workload, allowing our medical staff to focus on delivering exceptional care. The hospital operates on a Monday-to-Friday schedule, with call responsibilities limited to one night per week and one weekend per month (though rare).
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive base compensation package of $300,000, plus comprehensive benefits, including four weeks' vacation, student loan repayment assistance, relocation support, sign-on bonus, and H1B visa sponsorship for eligible candidates. We also have a dedicated recruitment team to assist with relocation needs. Our hospital has undergone significant renovations, investing $15,000,000 in modernizing patient areas to ensure a comfortable and secure environment.
