ConvenientMD is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Advanced Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced urgent care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including interviews and physical examinations, to determine the best course of treatment.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including ordering diagnostic tests and prescribing medications as needed.
- Provide education and counseling to patients on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Document patient interactions and treatment plans in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as nursing or physician assistant studies.
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Experience in urgent care or emergency medicine preferred.
