Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at a top-rated hospital in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining x-ray equipment, performing invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures, and ensuring the quality of patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain x-ray equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Perform invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures under the guidance of a radiologist
  • Monitor patient vital signs and ensure their safety during procedures
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care
  • Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Current ARRT certification in Radiography
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved accredited Radiologic Technologist program
  • Previous experience in interventional radiology or a related field
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
  • State license to practice as a Radiologic Technologist
