Senior Underwriter

ReadyCap Commercial LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Underwriter to join our team. As a key member of our credit analysis team, you will be responsible for evaluating business cash flow and acceptability as a primary source of repayment for SBA loan programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate business cash flow and its acceptability as a primary source of repayment for SBA loan programs
• Interview all loan applicants to validate loan application, loan structure, collateral, and background of the business and owners
• Perform review and credit analysis of financial information presented by potential borrowers
• Prepare written loan submission for Credit approval in conformance with ReadyCap's policies and SBA's SOP's
• Present written loan recommendation to CCO, CEO and Credit Committee as required
• Prepare and issue commitment letter for customer acceptance
• Work with closing team and modifications to loan approval as needed prior to closing
• Goal is to structure a loan that meets the requirements of the potential borrower, ReadyCap, and SBA (as applicable)

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (preferably in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or Business Administration) and minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Lending (C&I and Owner Occupied Real Estate Lending) and/or SBA Lending
• Sound financial analysis skills
