Job Summary

Avispa Technology is seeking a highly skilled Computer System Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our ITOT team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our computer systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for computer systems, including troubleshooting, repair, and upgrade.
  • Collaborate with system owners and stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and implement system maintenance plans to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Conduct regular system reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Support the development and implementation of new system features and functionality.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and operation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in system and/or network administration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with industrial data and control interfaces, preferably OPC and OPC-UA.
  • System administration experience, supporting multiple platforms and applications.
  • Ability to create and execute validation on computerized systems.
  • Biopharmaceutical or similar Manufacturing domain knowledge.
  • Application engineering experience with manufacturing control systems in a highly automated manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Health Authority practices, 21 CFR Part 11, cGMP Annex 11, Data Integrity principles.
