Objective:
The primary focus is to ensure the seamless operation of manufacturing processes, addressing both hardware and software issues, while striving for ongoing enhancements in systems, workflows, and protocols within the designated area.
Key Responsibilities:
The role encompasses, but is not limited to, the following tasks:
- Adhere to safety protocols and comply with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality management standards.
- Actively engage in and advocate for 5S and safety initiatives.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to PLCs, AC/DC motors, drives, robots, and various electrical components.
- Interpret and troubleshoot electrical schematics and diagrams.
- Execute scheduled maintenance tasks on equipment during downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery to guarantee optimal performance and early identification of potential issues.
- Participate fully in the analysis of production and quality challenges, implementing corrective measures as necessary.
- Provide support for Production Technicians as needed.
- Commit to the continuous improvement of systems, workflows, and protocols within the assigned area.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Preferred technical degree.
- Demonstrated maintenance experience showcasing advanced troubleshooting capabilities, particularly in electrical and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with PLC (Siemens) and drive programming and maintenance. Experience with robotics, extruders/injectors, and CNC machinery is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when required.
- Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team, engaging in continuous improvement efforts through problem-solving methodologies.
