As a Cloud Services Manager in our Workforce Technology Services, you will:
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise systems that optimize workforce productivity through cloud technologies.
- Ensure the development of secure, scalable, and highly available solutions that comply with enterprise policies and industry best practices.
- Lead a team to deliver efficient operational support across all environments within your technical domain.
- Continuously assess environments for compliance with enterprise standards, planning and executing necessary improvements.
- Collaborate with vendors and IT personnel for technical design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Provide design support to business partners to maximize the effective use of selected technologies.

- Develop automation and documentation for repeatable design patterns to boost system efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Oversee technical programs and projects through all execution phases.
- Contribute to the innovation and optimization of company technologies.

- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages team feedback and growth.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels.

- Flexibility in work hours, including availability for occasional nights and weekends.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in designing and managing enterprise infrastructure systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and public cloud services, particularly Azure.
- Experience with ITSM methodologies and various database platforms.
- Solid customer service skills and experience in creating technical documentation.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
