The responsibilities of this role encompass, but are not limited to:


  • Developing and managing capital project proposals to facilitate the collection of IFA hours.
  • Coordinating and expediting responses to inquiries from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
  • Monitoring and accelerating IFA commitments.
  • Tracking IFA Labor Allocation hours, project budgets, and adherence to IFA targets.
  • Processing and updating IPOF, IFAX, DEMT roster modifications, annual certifications, and other necessary IFA documentation.
  • Generating IFA P line and BCM requests.
  • Collaborating with sanitation bureaus and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
  • Assisting in the preparation and revision of forecasts, commitment plans, and long-term financial strategies.

Candidate Qualifications

  • A master's degree from an accredited institution in fields such as economics, finance, accounting, business administration, or a closely related discipline, along with one year of relevant professional experience in budget administration, financial analysis, or related areas.

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field, accompanied by three years of professional experience in the aforementioned areas.
