We are seeking a skilled Nurse, RN to join our team at NYU Langone Hospital-Long Island. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
- Registered Nurse License-NYS
- Current and valid BLS certification
- Current and valid ACLS and/or PALS and/or NRP certification, as required by population
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- 1-2 years of experience in Nursing
