About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Post-Acute Rehab Solutions in Mt Pleasant, TX. As a PRN Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in restoring motion and ensuring our patients function at their best.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled home health services to patients who meet Medicare home health coverage criteria.
  • Work collaboratively with nurses, physical therapists, and speech therapists to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patients' quality of life and movement potential.
Requirements
  • Active license in the state of TX required.
  • OT Liability insurance in the state of TX required.
  • Graduate degree or greater in Occupational Therapy.
  • Home Health or Rehab experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage patients with different personalities and provide friendly, professional care.
