The Carpenter, Brazing position is situated within the Metal Manufacturing division, focusing on the creation of structural components utilizing various metals to fabricate superior metal structures tailored to client specifications. This role reports to the Plant Supervisor and is primarily hands-on, without supervisory responsibilities.

• Cutting, bending, and organizing metal tubing
• Interpreting technical documents and blueprints
• Measuring, marking, and manipulating metal materials
• Operating heavy machinery for steel bending
• Utilizing band saws for precise tubing cuts
• Adhering to safety protocols and wearing necessary protective equipment
• Engaging in various tasks within the manufacturing facility, including baseboard installation and material cutting

• Essential competencies include passing a Drug Screen, proficiency with hand and power tools, effective communication skills, teamwork, and basic painting abilities
• A High School Diploma is required
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Metal Fabrication is preferred

• Capability to lift heavy objects, up to 50 pounds
• Physical endurance for prolonged periods of standing, bending, and kneeling
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to perform various tasks
• Good vision, including depth perception, and adaptability to different weather conditions
• Ability to hear and speak clearly, climb ladders, and maintain pace in a dynamic production environment
