About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at The Patterson, a luxury assisted living and memory care senior living community. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
  • Transport residents to meals and activities, and provide assistance with bowel and bladder functions
  • Provide comfort and support to residents, responding to their needs promptly and maintaining their self-respect and personal dignity
  • Assist with laundry, hair care, and other tasks as needed
  • Document actions and complete forms, reports, and logs electronically
Requirements
  • Ability to work under pressure and relate well with residents
  • Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
