Dispensary Associate

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and guests, ensuring a positive and empathetic experience.
• Develop a strong understanding of our products and their effects, enabling you to provide informed guidance to customers.
• Facilitate customer purchases while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
• Collaborate with management and colleagues to ensure seamless customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Document customer interactions and concerns to improve our services and products.

• High school diploma or equivalent, with experience in retail and customer service a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for delivery associate role).

As a Dispensary Associate, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, interacting with customers, colleagues, and management. You will be required to move intermittently throughout the workday, with occasional lifting and bending.
