Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled services to home-bound clients, including occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
Requirements:
- Active license in the state of TX required.
- OT Liability insurance in the state of TX required.
- Graduate degree or greater in Occupational Therapy.
- Home Health or Rehab experience preferred.
- Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.
- Current knowledge of treatment practices.
- A friendly and professional demeanor is required when explaining procedures and treatments.
