Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning and implementing resident-centered activities and programs that promote socialization, entertainment, and wellness.
- Collaborate with the community team to ensure a balanced and engaging activity program that meets the needs and interests of our residents.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and schools to secure volunteer support and resources for activities and events.
- Document and track activity participation, resident feedback, and program effectiveness to inform future planning and improvement.
- Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with Sunrise quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- One year of experience in a senior living community or related field.
- Ability to lead activities and motivate volunteers and team members to participate in social events and activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and team members.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Sunrise applications.
