Job Summary

Covenant Health is seeking experienced Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs) for a seasonal program in East Tennessee. This limited-time opportunity offers a premium hourly pay rate, completion bonus, and the chance to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory care to patients, including mechanical ventilation, CPAP, and BiPAP skills.
  • Assess, identify, and treat patient health conditions as established by organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with nursing personnel, physicians, and other hospital staff.
  • Meet shift requirements and performance metrics to qualify for the completion bonus.
Requirements
  • Valid RRT Credential by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
  • Licensed as a Registered Respiratory Therapist by the State of Tennessee Health Related Boards with ABG endorsement.
  • Current work-permit acceptable per state regulations.
  • Current BLS.
  • Minimum of 2 years professional experience.
