We are seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team at John Megel Chevrolet. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Explain the features, advantages, and benefits of each product to customers
- Prepare accurate bank and state documents
- Train sales staff on finance and insurance products
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and suppliers
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Meet dealership sales goals for profit and volume
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Previous F&I experience with a proven track record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of bank and government compliance requirements
- Computer proficiency and analytical skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
