About the Role

Avanti MFG is seeking experienced Rewinder Operators and Technicians to join our team in a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machine operation and maintenance, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a Celli/Rewinder machine to slit and rewind large rolls of non-woven materials into smaller rolls for transportation to our customers around the world.

This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Salary: $22-28/hour (based on experience)
  • Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts, rotating day and night shifts
