About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Shared Services team at iHeartMedia. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting three key areas of operations: data management, metrics and management reporting, and process quality control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer financial information in NetSuite
  • Work closely with the corporate Master Data Management team to align data for internal systems
  • Review MSA agreements to maintain customer data and drive accurate revenue and statistical reporting
  • Develop and disseminate role-based metrics for Shared Services teams
  • Develop and disseminate management-level reporting (i.e. customer revenue, team volume trends, etc.)
  • Evaluate team performance
  • Provide feedback to team members and management
  • Initiate and drive process improvement
  • Oversee and ensure delivery of critical, time-sensitive tasks for teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of applicable experience
  • Expert knowledge of Excel analytics; statistical analysis, VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, data modeling, etc.
  • Advanced planning and organizational skills
  • Extremely detail oriented and committed to high quality results
  • Proven experience with metric reporting around employee transactions (volume trends, completion time, etc.)
  • High degree of comfort with communicating transparent, accurate individual and team metrics
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive approach
  • Excellent team building and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivated to succeed and ensure the success of the team
What We Offer

iHeartMedia offers a competitive salary range of $76,000 - $95,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including employer-sponsored medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-provided and supplemental life insurance, paid vacation and sick time, paid company holidays, and a 401K plan.
