Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) in North Carolina. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct clinical care to adults in our community-based program, working closely with other clinical members to deliver comprehensive treatment services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide treatment, rehabilitation, and supportive services to adult clients
- Conduct physical and psychological assessments
- Manage medications and provide education and resources
- Offer individual mental and physical health education
- Assist with crisis intervention
- Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with patients experiencing mental or behavioral health challenges
- Strong documentation skills and ability to analyze detailed information
- Strong verbal communication skills
- North Carolina Registered Nursing License
- 4 weeks of PTO in the first year
