Position Summary
The Facilities Maintenance Technician II is responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency, upkeep, and safety of buildings, grounds, and facilities, contributing to the overall functionality of the establishment.
Work Schedule: Part-time position with a commitment of 50 hours biweekly.
Typical Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing, coordinating, and evaluating the work performed by external contractors engaged in maintenance, repairs, and safeguarding of the premises.
- Being available for emergency situations as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in facility maintenance or construction.
- Preferred certification or license for operating specific equipment in a technical domain.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Possession of a current and valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work evenings and occasional weekends.
