Acute Care Nephrology Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Acute Care Nephrology Nurse to join our team at DAVITA. As an Acute RN, you will provide critical care in an acute hospital setting, focusing on nephrology and dialysis treatments.
About the JobThe successful candidate will work autonomously, assessing and managing critically ill patients while collaborating with hospital staff. Continuous learning and a flexible schedule to meet patient needs are essential aspects of this dynamic position.
What You Can Expect:- Dynamic Environment: No two days are ever the same for an acute dialysis nurse. You'll work within a variety of settings (ICU, CCU, ER and more), and you'll be able to keep learning new nursing skills on top of dialysis.
- Flexible Schedule: Provide emergent, lifesaving care during on-call shifts. Schedules vary by hospital system. For this role, expect to know your weekly schedule in advance, but your daily schedule may change depending on patient needs.

- Certifications: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where practicing.
- Skills: Experience assessing, trouble shooting and making sound recommendations in stressful situations.
- Physical Ability: Nurses often have to push/pull large hemodialysis machines around the hospital with little or no assistance.
- Competitive Salary: $93,000 - $118,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
