- Design Consultations: Create elevated experiences for our clients through our in-store, in-home, and virtual design consultation program.
- Store Presentation: Maintain store presentation to ensure the selling environment is customer-ready at all times.
- Operational Tasks: Perform daily paperwork reconciliation, assist with inventory management, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Loss Prevention: Protect store assets and inventory, and adhere to all loss prevention procedures.
- Company Values: Be an ambassador for all company values and operate with integrity at all times.
- Experience: Minimum one year in a retail sales role (or comparable industry). Equivalent experience and transferable skills will also be considered.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of basic retail math and cash management techniques.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Attitude: A positive attitude and the ability to effectively engage with customers.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with standard office and retail environment equipment, including G-Suite (including Google Drive/Docs), Word, and Excel.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for long periods of time, reach overhead, lift up to 50 lbs., and be able to climb a ladder/step stool, with or without reasonable accommodation.
