Optical Dispenser

At Vision Associates Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Optician to join our team. As an Optician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

• Work with patients to understand their visual needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Analyze and resolve customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide an excellent patient experience by delivering high-quality eyewear and exceptional customer service.
• Ensure that all finished eyewear meets our optical standards and customer requirements.
• Learn and support the policies and procedures for opening, closing, and operating the dispensary.
• Work independently with regular communication and support from your District Manager.
• Foster positive working relationships with the practice doctors, leadership, and staff.

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1-3 years previous experience in the optical industry.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written), including strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
