**Staffing Model:**
Our ICU teams are staffed with experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care.
* Days: 2 MDs and 2 NPPAs work 7a-7p
* Nights: 1 MD and 2 NPPAs work 7p-7a, with 1 NPPA working a swing shift (noon-midnight)
**ICU Experience:**
We require 2+ years of ICU experience as an ACNP/PA for this position.
**Benefits:**

EPIC
**Certification:**
AGACNP certification required for NPs
**Resident Teaching Service:**
Both ICUs have an established resident teaching service in place.
**Medical Director:**

**20 Medical and Critical Care ICU Beds:**
Our hospital has 20 Medical and Critical Care ICU beds, with a staffing model that includes 1 MD and 1 NPPA working 7a-7p, and 1 NPPA working 7p-7a, with 1 NPPA working a swing shift (noon-midnight).
**40 Surgical and Neurological ICU Beds:**
We also have 40 Surgical and Neurological ICU beds, with a staffing model that includes 2 MDs and 2 NPPAs working 7a-7p, and 1 MD and 2 NPPAs working 7p-7a, with 1 NPPA working a swing shift (noon-midnight).

Our hospital uses the EPIC EMR system.
**AGACNP Certification:**
AGACNP certification is required for NPs.
**2+ Years of ICU Experience:**
