We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Valet Parking Attendant to join our team at Caesars Entertainment. As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by safely and efficiently parking their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently demonstrate superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors.
  • Maintain an upbeat and positive attitude, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and provide fast, flawless service.
  • Check for satisfaction and effectively resolve service breakdowns when they exist.
  • Promote Caesars Rewards programs and card membership.
  • Provide a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.
  • Welcome guests to Caesars Atlantic City.
  • Accept vehicles from guests entering the hotel, present guests with claim ticket and park automobile in designated area.
  • Place ticket in vehicle, exit and lock vehicle.
  • Complete all information on ticket/tag noting any damage present to the vehicle.
  • Give the keys, tag and ticket to the Dispatcher.
  • Run to retrieve cars from parking area and return key to guest.
  • Handle guest vehicles safely and cautiously at all times.
  • Maintain acceptable appearance and treat guests courteously at all times.
  • Complete special assignments as requested.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid New Jersey driver's license.
  • Neat; pleasant personality.
  • Ability to drive all types of vehicles.
  • Valet parking experience preferred but not required.
