About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will work as an Orthopedic Physical Therapy Specialist with AdventHealth Sports Medicine & Rehab. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting physical therapy under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
  • Collect patient data and communicate with Physical Therapists regarding discharge recommendations.
  • Participate in practice changes and support quality standards set by the department.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Basic Life Support Certification.
  • A current Valid Physical Therapy Assistant or Temporary Physical Therapist Assistant License.
