Job Summary

Ryder is seeking a skilled Regional Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, laws, and agency rules
  • Detecting and eliminating safety hazards
  • Maintaining accurate records and logs
  • Loading and unloading freight, or assisting in the process as needed
  • Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Pass a Ryder drug test
  • Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
  • Pass a DOT physical
  • Pass a Ryder road test
  • Provide a valid Class A CDL and endorsements for the position
  • Have verifiable Class A experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle
